Front desk associate is not friendly at all. Interacted with her twice. When we arrived after 11 pm, there was a group of people in the lobby being extremely loud, and the front desk people said nothing to them. Due to the layout of the hotel, I was surprised by that. Key did not work, had to visit the very unfriendly front desk lady again. I probably would not return solely on the basis of the treatment we received.
