I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, it was closed for most of our stay. Tried to ask front desk about pool and she was too busy on her cell phone to acknowledge us, so we had to ask someone else who was busy mopping and he was very nice. Also got charged a deposit for "incidentals", when we asked the front desk about it she gave attitude and just stated "well there is a sign right there you should have read it". We made our reservations over the phone and this charge was never mentioned to us. We got back to our room late one night and needed some more shampoo and asked the front desk for some and the man seemed very annoyed that he had to get up off the computer to get it for me. The cleaning staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The best part about the stay was the cookies and the nice cleaning crew, which unfortunately isn't enough for me to ever stay here again.
