Econo Lodge at the Falls North

The staff are great. The place is clean. The Kids liked the pool. It quite far from Niagara and trolley comes every hour. Its best though if you own a car.

outside is decent. Made for children. they need to revamp the furnishings. they are old, falling apart, and cheaply made. I expect more when paying $200 a night.

When we pulled up the manager must have been parked in the spot that is typically meant for guests to pull into and check in and drive so that made things annoying. I don't think employees should ever have guest service over the guests. Then when we walked into the room, it smelt overdone of cleaning products, like maybe they need to replace some items rather than overly Clorox them. Then the air conditioning units' cover kept falling off and woke us multiple times throughout the night. And I am so glad I planned on waking up early, if I tried sleeping in it wouldn't have happened since I'm guessing what was the previous guests alarm when off at about 5:00 am. The next morning I went for breakfast which was actually really good but the front desk staff didn't really greet us at all and then proceeded to be really loud and obnoxious while trying to enjoy our breakfast. Also someone made a waffle and instead of the staff helping to teach him that it needed to be flipped after 15 loud beeps I finally went over and helped the man out. But it's not awful, If you want to be left alone and can sleep through loud noises and weird smells then go for it.
