Fantastic customer service. Cozy place to stay as well. Would definitely stay again.

We were charged for a late checkout after being 20 minutes late. We tried explaining we were late because we had an adoption fundraiser but the front desk manager was not very helpful in giving us any amount of grace. We were trying very hard to get back in time, other hotels that we have been to have been very kind to us. We will no longer use this hotel ever because of their rudeness and non understanding of lateness. We were not clear on checkout time, as most hotels have a checkout at noon policy. Also our room smelled like cat pee and the chairs to the desk were broken. But due to the nature of the policy of the hotel I could not see us using their group again. After telling us that members receive late checkout and then charging us, he applied it and told us it was too late. So we could have applied to be members but then he charged us. It is illogical and very spiteful to not allow us that grace. We will not recommend this hotel and we will nt stay at any of your other hotels. It was terrible service!
