One of the best resorts we have stayed at the water heater broke and they gave a credit on the room .. Very friendly staff and kids loved it

Great!!! Would like to have seen the hallways, bathtubs, and popcorn ceilings revamped when they renovated though...

We stayed here about 7 years ago. We had a good experience then and another good experience this time. It's so nice to be right on the beach, especially since we were only visiting briefly. The room was well-kept and the staff members were friendly.

Excellent resort with great access to the beach and local restaurants. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the on site restaurants and the fitness center.

Bad timing with weather and attendance by children karate experts. Wet and noisy!!

Loved most of the staff but the housekeeping sucked. Barely made beds, didn't clean bathrooms and our tub was clogged. They have tons of signs not to save chairs but at 9am all chairs have towels but no one insight. Room size and beds were great but I think I'd stay somewhere else.

Good hotel with great location and pool. Nice big rooms but not much sound proofing. Could hear neighbors a little too well at night.
