The room was not as nice as I expected. Bathroom lighting was awful! Walls were dirty. The chair in the room was old dingy and faded. The only nice thing about the room was the view and sound of the water.

This hotel is old and could probably use to be renovated. Definitely not the luxury I would expect from a resort & spa. The staff was overall friendly, but oftentimes misinformed, leading to poor customer service!
