The reception team was attentive and friendly, acknowledging my appointment and informing me of the timeline. The therapist check several times to make sure the pressure was adequate and that i got the best experience possible. ALthough I was achy the next day, the day after I felt significantly refreshed.

The staff are all friendly, polite and very professional. I felt at ease and welcomed. The package I selected was confirmed before we started.

Rishawn is fantastic, he knows 100% his job and he is very respectful. I will recommend him for sure.

The esthetician and massage therapist were ready good.

Every time I walk into Hand and Stone I am greeted right away and often times they remember my name immediately. I always see Maiya for my massages because she is the absolute best. We have grown to have a professional relationship I feel very welcomed by her. She is an amazing masseuse.

Overall, even the price can be somewhat steep, the ease of making appointments and the massage itself are usually a very relaxing time and easy. The only challenge sometimes is when to use my points (and how) or coupons and frequently, when I pre-book for the following month, the receptionist sometimes asks me to pay not realizing I am just using my monthly package. This is not a problem with reception but seems to be more the system being used.

Maria was lovely and listened to my concerns. Really helped with my back pain. She found spots I didn't even know existed. It's a really nice way to treat yourself.

Hand and Stone is very convenient to where I live. I have been there for a facial many times. It is very relaxing. My face feels very soft when my facial is completed. This time I bought into a membership as I plan to get a facial once a month.This Will save me many dollars.

Nilda was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable about my concern areas and was able to navigate my specific needs. I felt relief and appreciation for her work.

The workers are so professional and do their work wonderful
