the woman who worked on me was so friendly. I felt very educated on what was happening. The deals and promotions will keep me coming back!

The receptionist were friendly upon entering the building. It was easy to check in. The massage therapists was great, the rooms were clean and the entire space had a calm and relaxing feeling. The gift bag once I signed up was nice. If I could recommend something, I would recommend that when skmekne is coming for the first time that you show them around. It’s not a large space but where the restrooms are, drinking water, etc. I think the massage therapists also need to gauge their guests to determine if they want to talk or just want to relax. Let the guest take the lead if they want to talk.

1) availability of appointment 2) Nell, my massage therapist was GREAT!! I have had plenty of massages before but his ranked in the top 5. Loved how he asked me to inhale / exhale deeply throughout the massage with the use of the eucalyptus.

The therapist performed well I have been to this location before and was very satisfied then. They have maintain the same high level of excellence. I do plan to return.

Customer service was great. The store manager Melody Diaz was awesome and very knowledgeable. She treated my husband and I the very best. Made the experience wonderful! Will sure come again.

I called a few days ahead and got the date and time I wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Esthetician was excellent in treating my skin and taking care of my concerns.

Very pleasant and relaxing experience from check in through the massage.

Nicole, my esthetician was an absolute star! She was able to address and answer all of my concerns and questions. She’s very knowledgeable and great at facials! I loved her and will be returning to see her again!
