LaShay is absolutely a gem! Can't say enough good things about her or the staff! My only gripe is the membership price continuing to increase. But I understand that inflation affects the cost of doing business. But it does give me pause sometimes when I consider how to fit these treatments into my budget.

I enjoy getting my facials at the Hand and Stone in Edgewater. Marise the technician is very knowledgeable about what treatments are best according to your needs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The reception team was attentive and friendly, acknowledging my appointment and informing me of the timeline. The therapist check several times to make sure the pressure was adequate and that i got the best experience possible. ALthough I was achy the next day, the day after I felt significantly refreshed.

Every time I walk into Hand and Stone I am greeted right away and often times they remember my name immediately. I always see Maiya for my massages because she is the absolute best. We have grown to have a professional relationship I feel very welcomed by her. She is an amazing masseuse.

Overall, even the price can be somewhat steep, the ease of making appointments and the massage itself are usually a very relaxing time and easy. The only challenge sometimes is when to use my points (and how) or coupons and frequently, when I pre-book for the following month, the receptionist sometimes asks me to pay not realizing I am just using my monthly package. This is not a problem with reception but seems to be more the system being used.
