It was my first experience regarding the facial and I was a little nervous at first but the esthetician was very gentle and aware of my concerns. She really did took care of me.

Vivan takes her time to analyze my skin before recommending anything each time. I did a regular facial this time because my skin was not as bad as it sometimes is. I have seen much improvement and I use all of the products from Hand & stone. The front desk staff is always calm, collected and pleasant. They are very knowledgeable and will get the answer for you if they don't know. They are never pushy either.

I was so grateful since I was running late and the receptionist called me to ask if I needed later. I was more than grateful! Nelson was first tike for me, and he did EXACT pressure of what I asked, I was amazed at his professionalism.

First, I was VERY impressed with the friendliness of the front desk staff. It seems like a small thing, but a smile and pleasant helpfulness make a HUGE difference. Second, my Massage Therapist (Jaye?) was absolutely terrific. She listened, was friendly and helpful, and then the pressure, etc. was perfect. I don't think I've ever had a better massage. Well done!
