Ana is a lovely esthetician. This is the second time she has given me a facial. She seems to understand what my skin needs and make recommendations for the type of service to provide. She also was helpful in looking at my rewards as they related to the upgrade she suggested.

This was my 2nd time visiting Hand and Stone, but different location and experience was great. The receptionists were very friendly, location was very clean, organized and great smell. The therapist I had was also amazing she did what was asked plus more(caught myself snoring a couple times, lol).
