This location was amazing. It was visually pleasing. The staff was amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The welcoming staff were not as knowledgeable about the upgrade services and costs. The facial staff member was able to accommodate my upgrade requests.

The cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff and the competency of the therapist

Stephanie, Maurice and Nieves are great... John the manager at Edgewater should maybe brighten his voice , more welcoming on the phone. Otherwise all is great.

I had a bad experience at the Hoboken location and was almost uncomfortable going back so switching to the Edgewater location and the experience was night and day. The reception was great, clean and everyone was so friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed. Just went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and reassured my time there would be well spent.

This is a very clean massage place with a very friendly staff. They answered all my questions. Nelson, my therapist, was amazing!

My whole experience was great (as always), from chatting with Johnathan at check in and check out, to the amazing massage I received from Maya. I always book my appointments with her, so she knows where my problem areas are. Also, this time, I made another mental note: the reception area always has great, seasonal decorations. It's just one more pleasant aspect of this location.

I loved my esthetician, she was knowledgeable and treated my skin with care. My massage therapist was super nice and made me feel comfortable throughout my whole time. Overall had a great experience. I would definitely come back !

Of course, the company-Hand and Stone, billing, waiting area, support staff are important,but, with any service business it comes down to the execution, in this case the Masseuse. Miurus, 4 stars, the most professional. I've used her a number of times, and the sessions have been nothing short of great. Her dedication, her work effort, her skill and personal response, 2nd to none. Except for one time, all my sessions have been very satisfactory. With Miurus, it's been great.
