Vivian is absolutely amazing. She knows the products and remembers my skin and our conversations about my skin and what it needs. The girls at the front desk are so sweet, knowledgeable and always readily available to help. Edgewater location is amazing.

Sara was very friendly and professional! She focused a lot on my back and shoulders... which is exactly what I asked! She kept checking in on me throughout the massage to ask about any pain/desired pressure, which I appreciated.

The massage was great, The staff was great. I woke up feeling better than usual, the aches and pains were smoothed out pretty nicely.

My massage therapist is great and over time knows which areas need the most work. My only comment is between waiting in the receptionist area, changing, getting on the bed - I don’t believe I ever get the full 80mins as allotted. And the real massage time is more like 65 to 70 minutes by my count.

-Professionalism of Emely my therapist. Knowledgable and respectful. -Prompt delivery, I called for a last minute booking and John made it possible. Even if I could not have it so soon I would have been pleased because he tried his best. -The option to upgrade my massage with extras specifically chose by me, instead of having useless or things that I do not like added to the price.
