I always receive very prompt and friendly service with the front desk when booking appointments out or being greeted when I'm arriving. I always feel very relaxed during my session.

I was highly satisfied because I was greeted by all reception staff but checked in by the staff member who recognizes me as a repeat customer. I always am able to schedule my massage with the therapist I like, and she customizes my massage for problem areas. I also feel that the membership program is a great deal.

The staff is very friendly and always makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. My massage therapist, Wilson, if very sweet and does a great job at giving massages. I would highly recommend him to those interested.
