Everyone was super friendly. The massage Therapist did amazing job focusing on my problem areas. Also Manny’s (the massage therapist) pressure was perfect.

The masseuse was clearly knowledgeable in her field. I only wished she worked more on the targeted area (back and shoulders) as I had requested. I also wished she worked out the knots in the specific area. It was my first time here so I did not know what to expect. Surprisingly, she did work out the knots in my arms! I did like the added stretching.

I thought the whole experience was fantastic. I felt at ease. No pressure and i walked out feeling amazing

Stephanie was my contact from point of dissatisfaction as I was ready to terminate my contract and go elsewhere, third time was the charm and game changer in experience. I have finally found the overall turnaround experience I had been expecting from jump street. As long as I am able to be satisfied with level of service provided, I will continue membership and they will earn my future business. I am currently very satisfied with services and special recognition to Stephanie and Levi for making this possible. Owners should recognize this great talent and hire more and train other staff (clone to be like these two fine individuals) who epitomize customer service in the industry catering to the needs of their guests, earning raving reviews on social platforms. I had a facial with Vivian. She listened to what I wanted in a facial and she did exactly what I wanted. She was very good at what she does and very nice. I would recommend her to anyone.
