The esthetician really took her time in cleaning up and massaging my face. Also she explain to me the procedure to keep my face radian

I had problem with age spots on my face and the treatment I received cleared up dramatically my spots

I enjoyed the friendliness and cleaniness of hand & stone. The staff is well knowledged and servicial. While getting my facial, i felt comfortable and my face was treated with delicacy. I will definetly return to hand & stone more often and recommend it to friends and family.

The staff was very friendly. Carmen was very good with her massage. I get muscle tightness in my upper back and after the massage the muscles in my back felt loose and free. I am very satisfied and would recommend to others.

Issues with charging the monthly fee to the appropriate card provided

Taken in about 10 mins late. Requested firm pressure, received medium pressure. This may be personal preference

The massages are expensive. They are not addressing the issues with any lasting effect.

Friendly reception and staff.

I don’t think I got the full hour massage. The therapist took me back after 4 and when I looked at the clock in the room when he said he was finished and it said 4:55.

I have had facials that were more relaxing. I prefer it when the aesthetician doesn’t wear latex gloves.
