The flow of the massage got interrupted multiple times as the therapist had to go across the room to get the stones. They were very hot and needed time to cool, which also paused the massage. I felt as though she wasn’t very experienced with this type of massage. Otherwise, when using regular massage, the therapist was great!

Please see prior comment about the leaking ceiling. Additionally I wish there were more promos for add on services for existing members instead of frontloading to new members. I would also prefer to be notified of promos on the app or via text instead of the reception calling me on my cell when I’m at work.

Therapist completely skipped the front of my thigh muscles because she ran out of time. Some of the biggest muscles in the body and she goofed around so much on my back that she ran out of time. Ridiculous.

The people at the front desk are new and shy. There is no smiling eye contact or greeting. They didn't put up my name on the board, when I asked why, her reply was "I just started my shift." This is because she is young and inexperienced and doesn't know how to handle customers (even friendly ones) when asked a question, just personal defenciveness which hopefully will fade as she becomes more adept at working in the environment. The culture has changed as the turnover of front counter girls changed.

prices have increased but massages and facials have remained same -to at least make up for that an extra 5 mins could be added to the service or a little longer massage when getting a facial done.. it doesn't add to the cost but it adds to the experience--

I was highly satisfied with my experience. I had a new therapist this visit and everything was great, my old therapist tried to upsell me every appointment which bothered me.

Therapist did not greet me after my massage. I just had an oncology massage, so I am a cancer patient. I would have expected some compassion. Any of my other experiences (pre-cancer), my therapist waited for me with a cup of water and walked me out . She just left after the massage.

I was not highly satisfied because more could have been done to relax me. I’ve been getting massages for a very long time. He had soft relaxing music but, he did not have me inhale any aromatherapy scent, my eyes were not covered with at least a small towel, and he could have massage my temples or head!
