Hand and Stone

Room was very hot and warm towels had bad smell

I was very satisfied I don’t always say highly satisfied maybe in time. She does a really good job

I am very satisfied with Hand & Stone, but the last massage was very painful and did not enjoy it. I requested medium not too strong and it was very painful. The pain still exists after 48 hours. I honestly wish to use the packages and not be in the membership.

My massage was good but not great. Despite asking for focus on certain problem areas (neck/shoulders) I felt that was treated equally. My facial was good- but the aesthetician has not looked to see what I had in the past, and when I told her I wanted the same thing, she looked it up and said, "Oh, it was me!" I found that slightly unprofessional and lacked preparedness. The spa wasn't busy, I'm not sure why they don't look up clients briefly in advance to make a connection, etc.

Everything was great, except the outside noise could be heard loudly during my massage

Smooth, clean, friendly, polished- one of the best masseuses I’ve ever had at a hand & stone

Front staff are all over, talking to each other about personal stuff. I ask a few questions and didn't get the right answer. Need to improve front staff. Other than that My services was great .

I felt like a number. The facial itself was not an hour as advertised. There wasn’t a shoulder massage which I learned was the other facial. I would have chosen the other facial. Receptionist never gave me a choice. The facial was 35 min. Not an hour. The torn chairs in the lobby is an eye sore and makes the place look shabby. There is no attention to detail. All the receptionists were chatting and laughing with each other which appears to customers as unprofessional. The idea of a Spa is to be serene and calm.
