I was anticipating extractions

This was my second facial. The first was in Clifton. I was highly satisfied with Clifton because the person giving the facial was super friendly and informative, plus my skin looked amazing afterwards. The only reason I didn’t go back there was because it is far away. In Edgewater the location was great but the person was quiet and neutral, and my skin didn’t look all that different afterwards.

Massage was not what I expected. Pressure was light, I requested medium. More aromatherapy and energy-ish than I like. Therapist was passionate about her craft and tried hard. Just not my preference.

I could have told my therapist to apply for pressure so its not fully his fault. I said an in between of light and medium thinking as a male therapist the pressure will be too much with medium, but that was my wrong assumption. He did an amazing scalp massage though which was the highlight. I'll be back next month.

Although I had my mask on, I would have liked for the esthetician to have had hers on as well. Other than that, she is an amazing esthetician and I will continue to see her!

It was my 1st time but I wasn't able to have the Introductory session because I used a gift card.

Understood classic facial was slightly above washing my face at home. This isn’t what one wishes to hear. The actual facial was fine.

It was okay but I have a lot of tension in my traps and I asked for that to be worked on the pressure used was okay and after even though I was relaxed it was still tight.

I see Jared for my facials and he is amazing and friendly. He is an asset to your company;however, he is limited in what he can do. I think the services are wildly expensive for what you actually get.

Lack of more male massage therapists. Scheduling is tricky to secure the time slot I preferred with the masseur I preferred .
