The person who did my facial spent at least 15 minutes of my session trying to upsell me. I finally had to tell her to please stop - I just want a facial. It was really annoying and made the experience less than calming. If someone says no thanks a few times - take a hint and just give me the service I paid for.

The nearest spa is Hoboken and it difficult to find parking the next location is 30 mins away . The membership price has gone up .

Therapist was very good and room was quiet the entire time.

The massage therapist always begin late, finish early, and are just not very personable.

I upgraded my services to Cyro at a cost / sacrifice to my membership services. My facial was not long enough to include upgrade plus services I originally signed up for. I was unable to do mask or extractions.

The massage and the facial were incredible!! When it was time to pay the gratuity and my product purchase, somehow, I was charged for an additional upgrade I didn’t receive.

I feel like some areas were left out.

Therapists are not skilled or properly trained! It’s every therapist

Nothing was special about the experience. Including the decor of the room and the masseuses massage style. Very bland, and robotic

The Aesthetician is very experienced. The hyperpigmentaton issues take time to address. Cost is an issue in this regrd.
