I think the therapist are all good but I have yet to see them exceed expectations. Going above and beyond is what makes a service valuable otherwise it is easily replaceable.

90 minutes was really 75 minutes. I wasn’t informed that I should do an add on. Thought it was fine to lose 30 minutes or pay extra. Other places actually count all your time.

I wasn’t extremely satisfied with the massage specialists’ pressure. When I asked him to increase it was too hard. I couldn’t find the right pressure. Not his fault, I think a different specialist may hit the spot.

When I arrived, one of the front desk employees was not wearing a face mask. Also, my therapist seemed under the weather. She was noticeably congested and sneezed. This did not impact her ability to provide a good service, but it made me wonder what Hand and Stone's policies are for employees who are experiencing COVID symptoms.

I felt a bit rushed during my massage. Also my therapist was great, but a bit curt. Perhaps that's just her style.

I didn't feel like there was enough privacy while changing in the room. That part felt uncomfortable. They also need to pay attention to the questionnaire if there's an area you don't want touched. I put feet and that was the first thing they massaged and I didn't want touched at all.

There is no particular reason. I was completely satisfied and have always been happy with my massage therapist. Booking availability on the website is sometimes a bit challenging (not many times available on weekends within the coming month or two) but that is the only thing I can think of at the moment.

Massage was good, not amazing

The massage felt nice but did not seem to have any method to it- no special attention to knots he felt…just kind of rubbed back and forth until it was time for the next area. Other therapists in the past have been much more attentive to the more knotted areas
