The reason for my rating that I asked how much it was for the LSD light for my son upgrade and I was told 20 after getting it done I saw it was 40, in total for his first time being there I spent about 170 not including tip so that's my reason for it.

Facial was good but could have been better compared to others I’ve had. Also don’t like to feel like I’m being sold to when I’m trying to relax. They should make those “extras” just an option on the menu. Regular facial -$100 hydrating facial - $120 etc. Customers should decide which they want. $ Shouldn’t be discussed during facial time.

The massage itself wasn’t the best. Initially it was too much pressure that it hurt. While he did lighten up a bit, eventually it was too hard again.

Front desk could have been more upbeat. My skin looked greasy after facial. I felt that there was more of stress on getting the highest price facial available than getting what was actually needed for my skin.

The massage has been less than the allotted time. During the last experience there was no relaxing music like before and it was very quiet. It was also very warm in the room. The front desk staff are never very friendly. The hand and stone is close to my home which is why i go. Otherwise i would find a new location.

I've had membership since February - to my knowledge - if that's the case, then I should have at least five services - since I already paid for July this month - so I'm unsure why there was only one service available to me. I can appreciate the upsell from the Esthetician, but I would suggest knowing if how many services the member has. It's not about money because I paid for the service, I just thought that I had more than one service. A recommendation could be informing the members beforehand on how many services they've already paid for.

I was delighted with my Hand and Stone experience. The receptionists greeted me as soon as I arrived for my appointment. My esthetician recommended that I get an LED facial and the sensitive clarity facial, and my complexion looked amazing! I will definitely be making another appointment very soon. :)

This was not the therapists fault in that I think the pressure ended up being too much in the end where I felt very sore for days afterward, which is not the goal I wanted. I will be more vocal in the future to voice my concerns.
