Price was too high for the quality of the massage

I really like the ambience in the spa so relaxing. The staff was very friendly. The esthetician explain to me in detail every step of the facial, also gave me suggestions on what products to use to treat my rosacea. I really like the place and Im going to recommend it to all my friends.

The therapist should avoid washing cloths or cupping while customer is in the room as it really disturbs the relaxation and quietness / meditation needed after the massage. The therapist should clean the areas massaged not just leave the towel on. The therapist should let the client relax for 5-10 min without rushing them out. The therapist should ask herself rather then client explaining areas that need attention.

Booked an 80 minute for 1pm. Got into massage room at 1:05pm and service started at 1:10. Massage ended at 2:20. My understanding is that an 80 min massage includes 5 mins for undressing and 5 mins for redressing, not paying for 80 mins and getting 60 of actual massage time. Therapist then spent time during massage to add towels to roll towels and add to the warmer. Shouldn’t the rolling be done mostly in advance so it can just be added and removed as needed? If I’m paying for 80 mins and only getting 60 I don’t want an additional 4 mins spent loading a towel warmer.

Would like the therapist to focus more on problem areas. Other than that everything was great! Wished massage lasted a little longer.

I am used to receiving 60 min for the same price. I had to ask for my stone upgrade, my friend did not receive his aromatherapy as promised and I had to correct them on the spelling of my name 3 times and it is still wrong on this survey email.

No fault of the masseuse. He asked about the pressure which was fine initially but then it decreased. I should have told him.

Although you pay for an hour massage, it’s more like 45 minutes of actual massage time. Also, the only time slot available for our specific appointment request was earlier than we would have liked.

Felt a bit rushed and needed more concentration of massage in my shoulders (problem area)

Massage was a little rough/brusque. Typically I've had more gentle/slow treatments. Pressure was good and she addressed my problem areas but didn't ask beforehand and was inconsistent in technique (focused too much on one side vs the other) and kept slathering on cold gel
