The staff was friendly and helpful. The therapist was friendly and she did a good job. I thought the CBC oil add on for $30 dollars was very expensive.

See my earlier comment. Wilson is a fantastic therapist. The receptionist knowledge and effectiveness can be improved upon. Except for this one receptionist, I cannot remember any other receptionist not being friendly, helpful, and collaborative.

I arrived at 8:01 for a schedule 8pm appt got in the room at 8:10pm and massage was over at 8:50pm with an upgraded foot massage attached to my pkg! Thats a 40min massage! Not a 50min massage with an add’l service!

I’ve been a member of Hand And Stone for over a year now and usually see the same therapist, Maia. She is usually very attentive to my needs/problem areas. However, this time in particular she seemed preoccupied and her massage pressure was uncharacteristically light. I do plan to return to her again in the next 30 days and hope that what I experienced was just an off day.
