There was no particular reason. I thought the service was ok but there was nothing in particular wrong with the service. I will be back.

Therapist did not give attention to my trapezoids and LEFT shoulder as requested. He DID give attention to my lower back as requested.

The price I was given on the website was different from what I was told in person. Receptionist was a little pushy about membership.

Reception is the biggest issue. If you are not a member they make you feel like second class. Try to upsell you (which I get) but turn non friendly once you opt out of a membership. Not very good greeting once you walk in. Too busy on the phones (both agents) It’s unfortunate bc you have very talented Heathcare workers (Nelson is excellent). Just the front desk is kind of clueless and cold.

Recently service rate went up. For the past 2-3 visits I had to use 2 packages instead of 1 package with small extra fee. I do not know if it is cheaper to get the massage with or without membership anymore. Service is great but need some clarification for the cost.

Every time I’ve gotten a facial at Hand and Stone, it never lasts the full hour. It always lasts 45 minutes or less.

My massage therapist was fantastic. She knew exactly what I needed and we made a plan for the future.

My appt was 12pm. I didn’t get into the room untill 1210. The women didn’t come back until 1218 or so. My facial was done at 1:03pm. It was not a full 50 minutes. The lady left the room to get another serum. I paid a lot for an elevated facial and felt like I was at Ulta.
