Each time I book an appointment and ask for the therapist I had previously, I amtold they are no longer working with us! This happened three times in seven months!

Tried it on a Saturday and signed up for a membership so clearly I liked the place. Front staff is very friendly. Came back the next day! Very little to improve but I would recommend: - heated beds - putting a clean dry towel or mat down on the floors for when clients are putting their clothes back on. Stepping on a wet oily floor from previous client isn't ideal - the hallway has a bit of moldy wet towel smell which is unpleasant. It was worse the next day, could be due to the back to back appts but it isn’t inviting. Not in the massage room, just in the hallway upon entry. Low ventilation/high humidity? Hygiene is extremely critical and this could be a deal breaker for me - I would also suggest instead of lighting candles consider diffusing scents like eucalyptus to give it that great relaxing spa smell

Website does not allow you to create an account so I have to call to make appts. The receptionist I spoke with was not knowledgeable and kept giving me misinformation (ie, length of service, cost, etc.) until she finally spoke with a manager who corrected her.

The massage is for 80 minutes. But the actual - on the bed - massage time only lasted 65 mins or so. I complained to the receptionist who then took off $15 of my bill. I will time my next massage to see if this is a repeat occurrence and / or only book 60 mins if I really only get 60 mins.

Receptionists’ knowledge of how I can use my membership packages and any upgrades is always lacking. They are confused and my questions are never clearly answered which leaves me confused. If they don’t have a thorough knowledge of the services and how membership packages can be used who does? Additionally, though I always enjoy my massage, when I ask questions about my body and what the massage therapist noted it’s never very informative or indepth.

Membership is honestly not a good value for what I'm getting. Get a basic facial or basic massage. Might as well not have a membership and pay 20$ extra when you do need one or go somewhere else

My face is irritated and peeling since the facial on Friday. The esthetician didn’t mention this would happen so I’m assuming the products chosen were not meant for my sensitive skin.
