the only reason I would say that I was slightly dissatisfied is that appointment the day before this was cancelled due to the weather - 3 hours before my appointment, when the weather lasted < 30 minutes and way before my appointment would have even taken place, the weather looked as though nothing ever happened. when I was called to cancel she almost seemed annoyed I wanted to reschedule right then and she was rushing me off the phone, told me they would give me an 'add on' at the time of my rescheduled massage and didn't mention it when I went in.

Despite appointment being confirmed via text and email, Receptionist said I did not have a 1:30 pm appt. In fact I did. Esthetician was unaware that I also had requested microdermabrasion. Luckily si said something or else it would not have been done.

When I initially became a member at the Edgewater, NJ location, the reception personnel was very friendly and welcoming. During my last visit, there were different front desk personnel, that were less than friendly. I just expected an upbeat welcoming, rather than an empty welcoming.

For the number of times we have attended, it would be great if we were recognized and greeted and made to feel like we belong. This doesn't feel like a "club" in which we are members.

My esthetician Nancy was amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and I felt that every minute of my appointment was used without any downtime. I came back here because of her!

Depending on which receptionist I spoke to there were differences regarding which upgrades I was and was not allowed to redeem during specific membership specials. Inconsistency and confusing.

Beds are kept too hot. When I asked to lower temperature, he kindly did so but it was still like a sauna in the room. Otherwise it was great as usual!

Great service all around for reasonable price. Professional and convenient. I signed up for the membership because there’s not a lengthy time commitment.

It is not easy to book appointments online when you want two services; therefore, I had to call. When I called, the receptionist did not appropriately book my appointment. I also didn’t feel welcomed.
