I was happy with my overall experience. A couple of negatives I have is the that the on-line booking never works and the fact that every additional item is an up charge. Would love to have the option for a couples massage without getting charged extra for the room. In my other experiences that service is not an additional cost

Everything was wonderful, except the LED light.i found the lights very irritating to my eyes. This could easily be resolved if you have blackout goggles To offer clients

Unable to reschedule (24hour cancellation or change policy not mentioned at the time of booking) -my time was cut down to 40 minutes when I was late for 12 minutes.

I had redness on my nose due to one of the products. It looked like I had sunburn. It took a day for the redness to fade away. I also had a breakout on my chin the day after the facial.

All of my services thus far were hit or miss. The last massage was great as deep tissue but you have to pay extra on top of the membership price. I can get a deep tissue elsewhere that is just as good for a cheaper value. As far as the facials...some of them were great while others were ok. I didn't feel the service was always consistent. Also, the rooms, I cannot tell whether the towels, chair covers were cleaned each time or if they just refold them. Other than those issues, I also have a hard time making time to come each month to use my package.

It was a good experience overall. I didn’t rate it as highly satisfied as I would reserve that rating for the best experience I’ve had for a massage.

I needed to use a credit card different from that on file to give my massage therapist a tip. Initially, the receptionist charged the card on file anyway. Once she realized her mistake, she cancelled the charge and then used the other card I provided. I received a phone call 2 hours later asking if I wanted to leave a gratuity. When I told the caller that I had left one but used a different card, I was told "there was nothing on record." I checked my credit card account and noted a charge for the gratuity pending, so I called to notify Hand & Stone. They still "had no gratuity on record." This is the first time I've had this issue and told the receptionist to make sure my massage therapist knew I had attempted to leave a tip. I will most likely mail a copy of the the portion of my card statement to the location since they have "lost" what I paid on July 18.
