I was satisfied

The masseuse should have tied my hair before beginning the massage if it was going to get in the way. I left the massage with oil all over my hair, which is only acceptable if I was getting a facial. The masseuse also didn't time his massage correctly so he wasn't able to finish the massage because the time ran out. In any massage there needs to be symmetry in what's done to a person's body, but he didn't finish the left side of my body because the time was up.

It felt as im though my massage therapist was falling asleep during my massage. She would randomly stop, then continue, then stop. Also, she did not evenly massage both sides of my body. She spent more time on the right side and then when she switched arm or leg she seemed to rush it

Out of the 3 times I have come for a massage service only one of the therapists actually has massage experience and gave an excellent massage. I do not feel like the people being hired have been trained properly or have massage experience. It leaves me a little uneasy. I will continue to come to Vanessa as long as she still works there.

The massage was great and very relaxing but I think the products used (oils, lotions) could be of higher quality. Also, the masseuse did not ask me if I wanted peppermint oil all over my shoulders and back, which caused a cold sensation in that area for the remainder of the massage. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my masseuse.

My facial was great, except that she did not do the lip service I requested because she didn't get my paper. The massage with the other girl was not up to par. She was extremely inexperienced and it was noticable. She did not give me the deep tissue. she basically applied lotion to my skin. I also have bruises today somehow, pressure applied to the wrong areas (bone)

The massage was supposed to be for 50 minutes for it only lasted for 45 minutes. And also the I asked for two focused areas and the masseuse only focused on one area.

Cluttered front desk upon visit. Staff felt somewhat friendly but very superficial that one can tell right away. Did not feel at ease for a person coming in for a massage.

I was highly satisfied with the technician. She was very knowledgeable and also recommended the best products for my skin. I will recommend the facility and look forward to going back.
