The first time I with jenifer - it was amazing. She found my areas and I asked if she would focus on them and she did. Felt sooo good. She was sick for my second appt so I rescheduled with ??? He had great technique and pressure. But he didn’t focus as much on my requested area. I fully understand being in a routine with applying massages and the rhythm can get thrown off. He dealt with it okay. But it would have been nice if he continued to work on the knots or asked if I want him to continue or move on. Then the last bit is - he did a great job at telling me what to do to help with my areas but not knowing me or what got me into the situation seems ingenuine. Like a one solution fits all approach. It wasn’t his fault I was in pain but I didn’t feel the relief I did after seeing Jennifer so I was a bit disappointed. That’s my issue - sorry!

After many months I had finally found a therapist who was able to completely take my pain away. My massage with Manny was the best i had ever had and then he was gone.

The esthetician was very nice didn’t talk much which I loved. I was able to relax and ask the questions I had in mind in regards to skin care etc.

Wasn’t able to make appt online , I had to go there and make Appt personal because it was something Wrong with the phone. Front desk lady made me feel like there were too many questions.

My appointment was rushed since they had someone else coming in after me. I went with someone else and we started at the same time but they ended a clear 10 minutes after me. Also, English was not her first language so when she explained a product she told me that I shouldn’t worry if my skin was yellow afterwards.

I felt like on numerous occasions I had to express the pressure was too hard. I had asked for firm pressure, but felt that at times it was too intense. The stone used had a sharp point and dug into my skin

Massage was good but not great. I usually like a medium massage but it wasn’t even that at times.

The reception area had a door where people were talking louder than you would expect in a spa setting. I could hear them the treatment room. But I was in the first room to the left.
