Appointment time not honored by the staff. compensated by giving some body cream for free to us. The massage called for stones, way to hot, uncomfortable.

I was highly satisfied with my most recent massage

I enjoyed my massage, but I would have liked more time focused on my shoulder that I had mentioned was in pain, instead I've noticed that both times I've been in the masseuse has timed out equal time on my whole body, when I would prefer more time on the shoulder and less on the legs, etc. Additionally, the pressure applied felt good at the time, but the next day I noticed I was bruised on my temples and it was sore to the touch which wasn't great.

I was not impressed with my massage therapist at all. I have had numerous massages and she felt inexperienced. She was too light and it just felt like she was rubbing my back and not really working the muscles. I hate to say this but I could’ve gotten a better massage from my husband. I will go back but I will definitely try a different Masseuse.

I asked the therapist to focus mostly on my back and neck. I asked for more pressure. She did more light pressing than actual massage of the back. When she was done with my back after only a few minutes I asked her to go back and work on my back some more.

I am very picky abt my massages. Levi could use a little more rhythm to the flow of his massage and the draping could have been a little more secure but it stayed in place and I was modestly covered the whole time. For someone as picky as me he did an amazing job of helping me relax

I did a facial! Also a foot massage. Over the phone, and on my form at the reception, I mention that I would like to focus on extraction, but during the treatment, the therapist told me she could only use "10 minutes" of my time during it. So she just performed extractions from one part of my face and not the whole, then she told me to come back after two weeks, so she could focus on the whole face. I felt that she was forcing "sells" one me, and I didn't appreciate that! The rest of the treatment and the foot massage was great though. But I felt that I left with half a job done!

I signed up immed for membership at the Grand opening - sept 30. I booked an Oct 28 appointment and had to pay full for that appt, bc i didn't hit my billing cycle and should have booked on Oct 30 or 31, i was not aware of this, and was forced to pay, what's the point of membership; seriously considering cancelling. It's a shame, bc i am a good customer, and would pay ontime, etc.

I've had massage many times and all over the world. This therapist seemed timid and worked "on script" rather than really addressing what I asked for. She was lovely, no problem there.
