I am familiar with massages a I receive them 1-2 per week for chronic migraines as well as being an active fitness athlete. I requested deep pressure hence expected it yet I had to ask 3-5 times in course of service for it, if he was familiar in area of service then I wouldn't need to voice myself consistently. I will try again giving them another chance.

Signed up for membership and went to appointment next morning. First thing, given paper of "add-ons" for facial. Asked thought 1 hr full treatment included in membership. Told, "oh that's for our 'classic' facial. These aren't included in that membership 1 hr service." Feel membership fee doesn't give me great value I was told. By time I pay membership and add-ons, but I pay same price as full-service facial at aveda. Feel tricked. And, my face is feels smooth, but by night of facial appointment, my face is already dry and not moisturized. Plan to cancel both memberships and not purchase other memberships for my aunt's. Very sad.
