The staff and Ari, Dani and Amy were all very kind and patient and professional . My first time at this location of Hand & Stone.

Michael is an amazing masseuse and I only go to him.

Olivia’s front desk staff was amazing!

The aesthetician doing my facial was very knowledgeable and helped me with what i needed since app didn’t schedule correctly

I felt very relaxed and Lilly was amazing. She explained everything to me. I will definitely have her do all my facials.

Michael listens to my concerns relating to my aches and pains. He targets the areas and reduces the pain. Each treatment feels like a physical therapy visit; muscles are worked and stretched.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable & explained what a lymphatic massage was. He has many years of experience.

I like the fact that I can choose when i want to see my therapist. He is very attentive to the area's that need help. He is always waiting with a glass of water after.

The service I received from the massage therapist and esthetician was wonderful. The waiting room area was unreasonably cold (less than 68 degrees) and I waited until 15 minutes after the scheduled appt time for service. (15 minutes of shivering in the cold.) On other issues - I am not able to receive Hand and Stone notices of available appointment for the area I now live in. I am told that in order to change my area from Waverly Charlotte to Concord Charlotte, I will lose my accumulated credits (valued at $700 plus) and so must call in regularly to find available appt times to suit my schedule. Which explains why I have so many credits - hard to find appropriate time slots. I was told when I signed up at Waverly Charlotte that my membership would be good for all locations. Apparently not when it comes to availability notices and appointment scheduling.

The location is easy to get to. The facilities are clean and inviting and my technician was skilled.
