It is very comfortable surroundings. There is no long wait time for service. The people at the welcome desk have smiles to great you!

Massage Therapist listened to my needs and massaged accordingly. It was my first visit to Hand and Stone and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. One of the best massages Ive ever had.

I get told by therapists how not happy they are working at this location. There is an unusual high turn over to great therapists. I have cha fed so many therapist because they disagree with the management! Not happy I have to change therapists frequently because management doesn’t know how to manage the therapists! Extremely frustrating that I am going to have to look again as I was told there is too much pressure on selling packages more expensive to clients. Please, please you may have to think about this :( offer mini stones for an extra $10 or $15 like other hand stones locations do! Or you have members go somewhere else :(

Reception area was very relaxing when I was the only one sitting there, mood was set right,quiet and pleasant

Aaron was AWESOME! I have MS and recovering from a relapse. I prefer natural therapeutic remedies and solutions. He listened to how I felt. He was able to address all problem spots and offer suggestions for next visit.
