Scott is the best front desk employee I've ever met. I stay there just because of people like him.

I always stay here for one reason. Scott who works the front desk, is always the most friendliest person I've ever met. I stayed one time and a lady tried to see if the front desk could post a cash advance to her room for her, so she could pay someone to tow her car, which had just been in an accident. Unable to do so, Scott went up to the lady and gave her two hundred dollars of his own money for her to have her car towed. He then told her not to worry about paying it back, because it's not that often he gets a chance to do a good deed for a stranger. For that, I will always be loyal to this hotel. Very inspiring.
