Have stayed here several times. Staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean.

we had a lot of problems booking but finally got it resolved. but when we arrived we were put in the wrong type of room and told nothing else was available. after my husband talked to the person that took the reservation, we were moved to correct room. rest of visit wad great

We thought the rooms would be suites - i.e. A separate room with couch and kitchen - from what the pics showed. This was not the case. Small room for 4 of us. Beds were very small. Asked for extra towels and they had to hunt some down. Didn't get as many as needed. Washcloth had stains on it.

We checked in to the hotel, we went to our room we were given and it was filthy. It had not been cleaned. We go downstairs to change rooms, it took 30 minutes to be assigned another room. We were not given keys to this room because she couldn't get the keys to work. Our new room the air conditioner wasn't working. We called back down and she said no more double rooms were available. We stayed in a hot room. We spoke with the next person at the desk about our troubles the night before, expecting a discount... He gave us a whopping $10 discount. I don't recommend this hotel, overall it was not clean, even our new room that had been cleaned. Very unorganized staff. Highly disappointed in our experience at the Candlewood in Jonesboro, AR.
