I explained I was wanting a mother daughter matching necklace. She showed me my options. She was very knowledgeable. They showed amazing teamwork when I asked for other products.

Had a new employee. She was shy and wasn't a real go-getter. The only thing she needs to work on is not pulling out numerous charms and walking away from them leaving them on the counter in front of the customer to take without paying.
