The sales associate, Nicole, was friendly and pleasant. She made me feel welcomed. She made me feel comfortable working with her to select my purchase of a Pandora bracelet and charms as a gift for my granddaughter's graduation. She offered great ideas and she made it fun. She is a great asset to the store.

All the associates were incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped answer many questions that we had as well as getting the correct jewelry that we were looking for. Overall the experience was very enjoyable and we would go back again.

The store is set up for personal service One person helps you shop and spends non pushy time The individual stations are set up with separations

Ms. Riana gave me 5 star service, she was amazing and she made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. I will tell all my co-teacher's to go to that store and ask for Ms. Riana because she will give them a 5 star service and she loves and believes in the product Pandora., she has passion for Pandora so much if you don't watch out you just might buy everything in the store lol. I was so uplifted after interacting with Ms. Riana because I also love Pandora. Ms. Riana LOVES her job and she is amazing, she tells stories about her charms with passion and she wears her bracelets and charms with pride. I look forward in seeing her again.

Every time I go into this Pandora I’m greeted and the young lady I love so much is Rhiannon. I believe this is her name. Although the young lady that helped with this purchase is Katrena. She was super sweet and very fun too!!

Riana was very professional and knew right away what I was looking for when I ask her. She also is a very friendly person and don’t push sells.

We received service super fast and they had exactly what we were looking for. I love the charm I got. It’s UP. they had hand sanitizer ready right when you enter the store as well.
