Unfortunately, I had a pair of dazzling daisy earrings and one of the petals fell off. I was unaware that they had been retired and my husband had given them to me in February. I had the receipt but I was worried that nothing could be done. I was also unaware that I had a one year manufacturer's warranty. The sales associate on the floor was helping someone so I waited only about 2 minutes until another associate came out to help me. She knew what she was doing and gave me a straightforward answer. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I got a new pair of earrings too
