From the moment I entered the store, I felt welcomed! CASSIDY was absolutely amazing! I'm a first-time buyer and all I knew was that I wanted a charm bracelet. She walked me through the difference in bracelets, allowed me to try them on in order to select the best style and fit for me. I have extremely long fingernails and she gave me a quick tutorial on opening/closing the clasp. She learned a little about me and this moved us into the charm selection phase. I appreciated the one-on-one time that she gave to me during this purchase. I will definitely be returning to this Briargate location to shop with Cassidy!! She also informed me that different charms are sold all over the world, so I am eager to have my active duty military son send charms from overseas!! I will remember this experience and the time, patience and dedication CASSIDY displayed!!
