I bought a charm for my daughter a few months ago and a piece of the charm came off. I contacted the store to see about getting it replaced but the charm had been retired. They were able to locate one and have it shipped in. We went in on my daughters birthday and they replaced the charm and made her day.

I went into the store at the Shops of Briargate seeing if they would help with the diamond that was missing on the back of my ring. Cassidy exchanged my ring and explain the warranty to help me understand what was happening . She was nice and friendly . Over great experience and will return.
