I was on a mission to obtain a charm that I have been trying to add to my travel bracelet with no success for the last 3 years. But thanks to Alexia my search is over. Ms Alexia worked miracles and my charm is on its way. I am extremely grateful to her.

The sales associates are always very friendly in this store. A few of the sales reps recognize me and remember some of the purchases that I’ve made in the past and are interested in how I’ve been using those purchases on my bracelets.

We went in knowing we wanted to purchase a bracelet. Cassidy F. helped us through the process of buying the accessories for the bracket. She was very patient and explained the importance of everything and had a positive attitude through our whole visit.

Rachel was fantastic! I was looking for a particular charm for my daughter's bday. Rachel greeted us as soon as we came in, knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly which tray it was in. She also shared about charms coming out for Spring/Easter. I only had a little time and Rachel was super efficient and informative.
