The associate was friendly and more than willing to do what she needed to help me. She offered to show me the merchandise and offered suggestions to help me in making my selection of charms. She was very accommodating.

I found what I was looking for very easily and the sales associate was very helpful.

They were also very good about making sure I wasn’t waiting and that I was in control of what I was looking for without them pushing products on me. I stopped in on my lunch and I was in a hurry. I did have to wait a few minutes because it was Valentine's Day, but that was expected and the associates greeted me as soon as I entered the store which was nice. The associates were SUPER helpful an efficient. I was in and out of the store quickly but was able to get exactly what I wanted. Great visit!

Everything seems to have HEARTS and not everyone likes heart-shapes. Why don't you have more sports related charms that are CLASSY? Bring back skis, bicycles, skates, etc!!!
