Wow, this store exemplifies excellence in customer service. I stopped by to see if they could help me with a clip I had purchased 6 months ago, wore only twice and discovered a stone missing. Not only did they cheerfully make an exchange for a new clip, but Sam and Janet rocked this transaction by converting it into a + $300.00 sale! Nice job Pandora, I adore my new purchase!

Our sales person Cassidy was very friendly and knowledgeable and made our experience very pleasant. She answered any questions we had and was eager to show us anything we asked about. Cassidy also showed us a new bracelet that had just come out for Valentine's Day that she thought we might be interested in.
