The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was given a beautiful Christmas ornament at no charge for being a valued customer. There was absolutely no pressure to make another purchase during my visit to the store.

This store is amazing the two persons working in this store EXCELENT. A different store yesterday I went to another Pandora store in Denver this store is in the mall I enter to the store and they had 5 person in the counter any of this person attend us the store was EMPTY, we walk around the store and customer service for me was 0 (F). But I went to this store on Colorado Spring and the experience was amazing I don't only buy one bracelet I left with 3 and with different charms. This store is AMAZING AND AMANDA THE PERSON WHO HELP IS NEW BUT REALLY SHE IS GOOD

My sales associate, Cassidy, is an amazing person and remembered me from prior purchases and is always helpful. She is kind, knowledgeable and super at her job! Very disappointed in Pandora for not having more SPORT charms as we are the MOST ACTIVE STATE here in COLORADO. No skis. No snowboards. No bicycle. No rockclimbing. Very disappointed in that and FAR TOO MANY HEART stuff. Not everyone likes hearts!!!
