I love charm bracelets in general and Pandora has such a beautiful selection of charms. I just wished they were a little less expensive so I could afford to treat myself more often. I love that I will earn a coupon towards my next purchase for completing this survey.

Every time I go to the Store, the Salespeople are smiling and very helpfull

The staff was very friendly. They greeted me with a smile and took the time to understand what I was looking for. The sales associate that was helping me made sure I understood the differences between a could of products and answered all of my questions without any problem.

We were not sure what we wanted to get for our Mother's Day gifts this year. The sales associate was helpful in quickly narrowing down *all* the options. We were able to quickly decide what we liked, found that it was within our planned purchase amount -- and of course everything is gift wrapped! There was also a nice complementary cookie / card display in the store.

The ladies are always wonderful; they treat me like family. They never appear put out of their way; they are always willing to show me any product which I request. They go above and beyond on making sure they either have the product or what other sizes they may have.
