Cassidy was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing my charms for my bracelet. She even made me aware that I needed clips which I didn't realize. I will def be back! 5 stars!

Cassidy was great and took care of everything. Among other items, I once again rec'd a ltd edition bangle that was too large. The first visit in Dec. after Christmas the salesperson said there was nothing she could do. I wrote an email to your co. and got no response. Cassidy was able to exchange mine for one of the right size. In years past, I had to give them away as they did not fit and you had no other sizes. I tried to call your phone and calls were forwarded elsewhere. L/M and no one called back. Cassidy explained there were phone issues and the system was down. I was waiting for a replacement charm and was supposed to be called when it came in. That is why I was calling. She told me that she would have the specific charm transferred in and would call me when it came in. The exchange would be okay after 01/26/18 if not rec'd in time. She was great. Give that gal a bonus.

Clerks were friendly. Clerk was knowledgeable about products. Products were nicely displayed.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful and I loved experiencing pandora for the first time. She helped us pick a beautiful bracelet and charms out and the store was very clean and organized.

Large selection to pick the perfect birthday gift for my wife. The bead which caught my eye was also on sale. The purchase was quick and easy.

I was greeted when I walked in to the store. I did have to wait as all of the associates were helping other customers, but when one of them finished she immediately came over to help me. She was very sweet and knowledgeable .

The people at pandora were really welcoming.The store was nice and clean.all the sales were clear to see.nothing was hard to find .
