Salespeople both Amanda and Cassidy were very knowledgeable and patient as was my first experience in a Pandora store and both made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions.

As always the sales the employees in the store were very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. Very good about showing different options very patient while I decided what I liked, etc. Kudos to everyone I dealt with.

A clasp had broken and the sales associate was quick to replace. She also assisted with purchasing clips. Finally, the associate provided me with a catalog of all resources available. While obviously a good marketing tool, it is very handy for me.

The sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the personalized service they gave me. Also the option of a 6-month interest free purchase was very appealing.

I've come to this Pandora store for the last two and a half years and I have not had a bad experience ever all of the sales person highly professional very attentive and a very knowledgeable and I've always enjoyed my visits to this Pandora store.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My sales person had just returned from the back room from her break,she immediately greeted me and helped me. Alexia knew the product line and was very helpful, very personable. I was in a real hurry which she didn't know,she knew what I wanted and I got in and out very quickly.

Cassidy greeted me w vibrance and a smile. She was courteous and made a phone call to her manager to seek answers to a question she did not know the answer to. She went above and beyond to make my visit pleasurable, efficient and effective. Her customer service was exceptional.
