Associate was amazing. She was helpful in choosing gifts for a birthday. Additionally, she knew exactly what my 17 year old daughter would desire as a gift.

I'm very satisfied with my experience at the Pandora Store, because I was greeted when entering the store. That's very important to me. The item I came to purchase was still available and I was able to use $10 off my necklace for completing a survey prior to my visit.

The charm I purchased is nice. I do wish there were more options for expected mothers. The associate was attentive & informative. I was under the impression the charm I chose was on sale but informed it wasn’t which was disappointing.

The store was clean and neat. Their were only two woman working but they worked hard to give everyone quality service at the store

The sales lady was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help us during our visit. She seemed very stand offish and rolled her eyes many times during our visit.

There is always room for improvement so very hard to rate a highly satisfied. Always review Pandora on line, but we are hands on and like to see it in person. we have always enjoyed the Pandora store here in Colorado Springs.

I wish there was more freedom to shop the product without having to be with a sale associate constantly
