I love the store always liked the bracelets and the charms, so I am satisfied with everything

Staff had good customer service skills. I was able to get what I went in for.

The computer systems the associate has tongues were slow and continued to fail. It took numerous attempts for it to connect

Had to wait for assistant to appear. Kept asking me questions. I just wanted space to browse.

I went in to purchase from the new collection. The store only had two of the new bracelets (and neither were the size i needed). They had the clips I wanted (to go with the bracelet) but no point in purchasing clips if no bracelet to match. I also wanted to see the newcPandora O carrier concept ( the one that is not a pendant) and they didn’t have it. I also have heard that catalogs are coming back and they didn’t have a catalog . I’ll probably purchase the bracelet and clips online, but I shouldn’t have to do that. I just don’t understand not having quantities of the newly released items at hand for customers to purchase.

I wish that we would have a catalog that we can either receive for free (if making a purchase above a certain amount) or purchase for a small price. I like browsing over catalogs and creating wish lists and design ideas. I also wish there would be nice, larger jewelry boxes to purchase for our charm collections.

Several of the charms that I was wanting to see in person were not available in store. I also really hate that we are not able to pick up a catalog in store any more. I would be willing to pay for a catalog. Also perhaps with a minimum qualifying spend, perhaps a catalog can be given free to customers. Collectors like myself love our catalogs. I would also love for Pandora to offer a large jewelry box in store for US customers to be able to purchase. I see jewelry boxes available in Europe but not in the US.
